Cornflake Crunch is a quick 10-minute recipe with no baking required.
Remember to keep an eye on the chef(s) though, or there won’t be any mixture left!
My girls love making these and will do so weekly if I have all the ingredients on hand.
- 60 grams butter or margarine 2 ounces
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 5 cups cornflakes
Place margarine/butter, honey and sugar in a small pan. Heat gently until frothy.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Spoon mixture into paper muffin cases and refrigerate until firm
Extra toppings can be added before refrigeration if desired.
